Service and Parts Hours
We have maintained the same hours you are used to across all our companies, plus we added a 24/7 Roadside Assistance program. Select your Young Trucks business to view detailed hours of operation:
Parts Orders and Deliveries
Our parts store hours remain the same, and our dedicated Parts Delivery teams continue to run their routes and schedules. We also added more delivery times. Customers can now receive parts orders in the afternoon and evenings, too, with order cut-off times of 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Parts shortages are occurring across the entire industry. Young Trucks is working diligently with our vast network of OEM and aftermarket suppliers to source parts and minimize downtime and service delays. More than half of the fleet owner survey respondents at the American Trucking Association’s Technology and Maintenance Council virtual meeting indicated they were experiencing delays of more than two weeks because of parts shortages.
Vehicle Sales, Deliveries, and Leasing
The pandemic has impacted the new and used truck industry, creating national delays in new inventory, primarily from parts and raw material shortages. We are working closely with our OEM partners to reserve inventory for our customers and facilitate an expedient delivery process as those trucks become available. In addition, our used truck sales team is working with customers to source trucks from our on-site and national inventory resources. If you are looking for a truck(s), please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options and position your business to obtain inventory.
The Truck Sales team is ready to support owner-operator and fleet needs and can help you identify special discounts, payment deferrals, and down payment allowances that may be applicable. Sales hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday by appointment. Calling ahead is advised.
Young Leasing is experiencing high demand and continues to offer lease and rental options for day cabs, sleepers, and box trucks.
